We demonstrate comprehensive list of Business services that we offer and urge the visitor in need of our services to contact us. CER’s services are listed in detail, highlighting the service-based approach to encourage our website visitors to communicate to us by means of email or phone call.

The Job related information / data that clients send to us is used to process / complete the specific job for the client and not in any way used for personal use.

We process data / jobs on the instructions of the relevant client.


CER and its business partners have looked at their risk management processes to keep data safe and relevant IT and data security policies are in place. We have a policy including procedures and training in place covering data protection, confidentiality, security and regularly review the appropriateness of the measures we have in place to keep the data we process and hold secure.

Jobs will be processed and data will be handled / returned /stored / destroyed as per clients’ instructions. Jobs / data that clients send to CER would be returned /destroyed on completion of the job, unless clients ask us to hold it for future jJobs processing.

At any time, our clients have the right to access, erase and port the information and data that they send to us, as well as restrict processing.


We use third parties located in other countries to help us run our business. As a result, data may be transferred outside the countries where we and our clients are located. This includes countries outside the European Union ("EU").

Specific jobs / tasks related Information sent to us by our clients for processing of the job may be stored, processed in, and transferred to our business partner in India and other partners worldwide for completion of the job /task assigned to us. CER and our business partners may engage the services of third parties, such as linguists and translators for specific tasks such as translation and Localisation jobs / tasks. There are non-disclosure agreements and data management policies among all the stakeholders.
